It appears to me that each time guds is run the following message is displayed on the console:

ip: [ID 766727 kern.warning] WARNING: The <if>:ip*_forwarding ndd variables are obsolete and may be removed in a future release of Solaris.  Use ifconfig(1M) to manipulate the forwarding status of an interface.

Did Bug 15436184 : SUNBT6625930 NDD -GET /DEV/IP <IF>:IP_FORWARDING SENDS WARNING TO CONSOLE, NOT T result in a fix?
