Can't start the listener

Just installed 11.2.0.3 64bit on Windows 8. Listener wont start. First when I issued dbca and wanted to install Database Control I got error that It could not start the listener and that listener was needed. No I open command prompt and issue lsnrctl start and I get the error (TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error TNS-00530: Protocol adapter error). Same happens after issuing netca. Seems that listener wont start.

Awaiting advice.
