Error message: APP-PA-411027: No Assignment exists with the given information

Hi,

I am creating an invoice using Expense Report Type and I am able to save the header. Now when i am trying to enter the line for the header and when i am entering the project details i am getting the following error message

APP-PA-411027: No Assignment exists with the given information

So i setup the document assignment for this Expense report and assigned it to a sequence.

But i am still getting the same error even after this setup.

Can someone help me as to why i am getting this error message with respect to the assignment.

I am using R12 version 12.1.3
