Integration Service Procurement Work Orders with HCM with full use of Position Management
We are facing a challenge with regards to PeopleSoft SCM service procurement and HCM integration with regards to contingent workers and the use of full position management. Preferably when a contingent worker is 'hired' in sPro we would already like to match the position number for which the work order is created such that you could do a validation in sPro that a free position is available.
We are not making use of the Talent Acquisition Manager Module and would like to stick as much as possible to vanilla. We could do the matching in HCM when actually registering the person in HCM, but that would be a bit to late in the process and requires manual actions and paperwork to check for the free positions.
