Custom integrator is not listing in lov

"ErrorPlease resolve the following error to continue.

800:HR_61_INTG is an invalid Integrator Key."

Custom Integrator is created with proper setup and it is woring good at the same day, and also able to create HRMS Letter.

But next day it is not listing in LOV as well not working for letter generation. shows the error as i mentioned above quoted.

Please help me to solve the issue.
