Export Challenge

Dear Colleague good day over there, I have this export Challenge in my environment Kindly guide me in solving it.
I am running Oracle 9i Release 9.2.0.8.0 presently, we are in the process of moving to 11g, I don't want people to get worried why not change, Presently I just must mange this till we upgrade.

I wanted to dumb a particular user schema requested.

I logged in to my oracle server using both oracle account and os account given right to my database, to my amazement I am having below error:

EXP-00056: ORACLE error 1017 encountered
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; log on denied
