Siebel Open UI: Custom web templates

Hi,

I need to know what rework needed (if any) to the custom templates and JS files after moving to Open UI. As far as I know, Open UI references templates from the OUIWEBTMPL or (OUIWEBTMPL\CUSTOM) folder. Do we simply need to put the customization done on templates to this location or we need to re configure templates as per Open UI?
