GST on Gross Amount in Sale order

Dear ALL,

Govt has increased GST 16 to 17% but it is deduct on gross amount. For example .Customer has order of item , Cost of Item is 100 USD, GST 17% and 10% discount on item.

17% GST deduct on Gross amount 100 USD = 17 USD
 
10 % Discount on 100 USD     = 10 USD

Item = 100+17-10=  107

Net sale order value  =  107.

How can i do in system ?

Please anyone update. It is urgent issue.
