Is it still possible to install E-Business Suite on Amazon EC2?

I first tried using the AMIs from the marketplace that I found at https://aws.amazon.com/search?searchQuery=e-business&searchPath=amis&x=11&y=22

However, these require instance types that don't seem to be available when you try to launch the AMI.  The documentation says you need an instance from the "High-Memory instance family" (M2), but this isn't an option when launching the image; you only get T1, M1 or C1 types.

I then tried building an M2 instance from scratch and installing E-BS on it manually.  However, that requires me to download the installation medium, and I can't figure out how to get around the single-sign-on security restrictions using wget.
