List of values for "Lead Close Reason"

We are using Sales Online 11.5.10, and need to be able to update the "List of values" for Lead Close Reason. Per documentation we have updated AS_LEAD_CLOSE_REASON lookup type but the updates don't show on screen (after bouncing the apps, and clearing cache). There is reference on Metalink to update CLOSE_REASON as well, but it is not accessible from the front-end. Does anyone know what steps do we need to follow to update the "List of Values".
