Adding phone number to Party Person record versus Party Contact
As part of business process we create Party Person records (to store contact information) with phone number, email. We then create Party Account records (to create the company), and will link the Party Person to Party Account. What we are noticing is on the screen is the "Phone", "Email" available under Organization, Relationship is at the Party Relationship level, and not the Party Person level.
Is their a way to either customize what shows under Organization --> Relationships --> Contacts so that the phone number, email from the Contact (Party Person) record shows up. Its getting very confusing to users that they enter phone/email in one place (Party Person contact), but it doesn't show up in the other screen (Party organization contact).
