Unit price at subline not correct on a renewed contract that has markup defined

Hi,
I'm trying to renew a contract manually that has 5% markup set on the original.  When I renew it, the total and subtotals look fine on the renewed contract, but there is no change on  the unit price on subline.  It shows old price on the subline and not the 5% increase.  Any idea why this could be happening?
