Project Role has 'Provisional' as Schedule Status and 'Requires Resubmission' as Approval Status

 Hello All,

We have a custom report out of Oracle Project Management which will list hours for Project Roles/Employee and other such data. We have noticed that a few of the numbers are not tallying correctly and when investigated further we noticed that the Team Role/Person has a schedule status of 'Provisional' and Approval Status of 'Requires Resubmission'. I looked at the Help option on the web page trying to find out more about the meaning of Scheduled and Approval statuses but did not come across any pages with the meaning and possible actions. Hoping some one here might point me towards
