SLA-Sources, 'Other qualifier' in accounting key flexfield segment

 Hi All,I am in 12.1.3 and exploring the usage of 'Other qualifier' for accounting flexfield when you define the sources.
My requirement is in such a way that I need to use one of the accounting flexfield segments as a source. The accounting flexfield segment which I am planning to use is not a qualified segment (that is it is not attached ot accounting flexfield qualifiers) and hence exploring to use 'Other' qualifier.

This is my understanding below
I define a source in SLA-Sources and specify 'Other ' in the accounting flexfield segment. Then when I define the ADR, and when in the conditions, whether I need to specify the  segment I need to select (among all unqualified segments in my COA) and select the appropriate value
