Master Service Agreement requirement

I have a requirement with a client and wondering if this is possible.

The client has project contracts, service contracts for the same customer. The customer can have multiple service contract and project contract. They would like a master service agreement to transact against the customer. Is this possible in contracts module. I have not seen any contracts hub module in EBS that can handle this.
