Question on pre reqs for Oracle Iexpeses rollup Patch OIE.K3 11786978

Apps 11.5.10.2
Currently we are on Oracle Iexpenses rollup patch OIE.K2 (7469766) and we want to go to OIE.K3 (11786978) patchset. We have several pre-requisite patches for OIE.K3 out of which we do not have two patches.

We want Oracle's recommendation on this.
11i.AZ.H
We are not using isetup, and 11i.AZ.H is related to isetup, do we really need to apply this patch? this have several other pre requistes.

We are already on OIE.K2, do we need to apply this lower patch ? 4587858
