T5440 causing reset errors

Hi

One week ago, our SPARC T5440 server has encountered this problem and it could not start /SYS to boot. As the action plan from SR, he said that this server need to be replaced Flex cable, if it can not fix the problem, then replace Motherboard. But after Flex cable as well as Motherboard replacement, the problem still exist here, then the case owner can not sure if replacing the MB a second time is the correct where to go. Thus he is going to contact the product lead for this issue.

If anyone have ever seen this kind of the problem, please help me to resolve. Our system is running a critical application and database 24/7, but it does take a long time to wait for part delivery, action plan, onsite part replacement, however the problem still exist like nothing change after part replacement. Thank you
