Enterprise Manage 12c Recovery Catalog Settings default to Use Control File

 All,
I have noticed that whenever I add a new database target in Enterprise Manager, its Recovery Catalog Settings are always set to Use Control File.  Is there a way to have that default behavior set new database targets to Use Recovery Catalog instead?

If not, does anyone know of an emcli command that might allow me to do this more efficiently - especially when several targets are being added at the same time?

Other thoughts?
