Pass in Contact Id and populate form

Hi!
We're working on a complicated project and we are using ODM for several webforms.

We'd like to be able to pass the Contact Id on the CRM record to the URL of a registration page and have the system populate the appropriate profile information in ODM based on that Contact Id passed.

How can we make this happen?
