EBTax 12.1.3 configuration with Vertex Q Serie and Oracle Receivables

Please, if someone is working with Vertex Q Series for United States, could help me with some docts or  screenshots to check the setup?

I used the note ID 761438.1 to review setup, but Oracle Receivables doesn't work properly, it didn't generate Tax when an new invoice line is captured.

I review the note How to Generate Debug Log for EBTax Issues (Using Debug Extract :EBTXTRACT.SQL) [ID 1061743.1]

The debug log file has that the procedure is using the Legal Entity Party Site location Instead of the customer site location.

I will appreciate your help.
