Siebel is unable to retrieve inbound emails from POP3 mail box service
Kindly note that Siebel is unable to retrieve inbound emails from POP3 mail box service.
Siebel version : 8.1.1
is there any component needs to be configured to retrieve emails? taking into consideration i have configured POP3 Server paramter in
- Internet SMTP/POP3 Server
- Driver Parameters.
from adminstration communications in siebel application.
Note : emails reaches the POP3 Mailbox and emails stuck there, and siebel unable to retrieve them into its own inbox in comminications.
