How to process the Loan

Dear,

If the company take the loan from the Mr. John like 100,000. then later on company has to pay back this loan amount to Mr.John.

I have question here how I can enter this complete process in R12, how I can update the bank when I recived the money from Mr.John the amount is 100,000. and when I paid this amount to Mr.John, then how I will settle this.
