Upgrade Oracle e-business suite 11i to R12

 hi,
when appliying the american english upgrade patch driver a script was failed so to resolve the problem i applied a patch with option(preinstall=y) but i forget to buckup the both table ( applsys.fnd_install_processes, applsys.ad_deferred_jobs ) and also directory restart 

what can i do please help!!
