Personalization to Make Ship-To field in autocreate form mandatory in Purhasing

Hello Friends,

Can you please suggest a personalization to make The Ship-To field mandatory in the autocreate form in purchasing superuser please.

Whilst the colour would suggest it is users can click on find without selecting a branch and all open branch requisitions are visible.
