Orave VDI error converting desktop to template

Hello all,

I am trying to import Windows Operating system template to Oracle VDI. I am getting the below error when the progress of the import job reaches 99%:

Error importing: Could not convert desktop[id=58] to template.

Any body has an idea about this error?

Platform:

- VDI 3.5

-Solaris 10 u11 (VDI Operating System)

-Hyper-v (Hypervisor)
