Unexpected Error: Error in Routine WSH_Document_PVT, Oracle Error - -20001

Hi All,

I use the API to create delivery number, Pick release and ship confirm for a SO

create delivery number and pick release is OK, but another is error(Note: i can manually ship confirm it by Shipping Transactions Forms), error as below:

Unexpected Error: Error in Routine WSH_Document_PVT,  Oracle Error - -20001
Failure in performing action
------------------------------------
Warning: Pack Slip information could not be automatically created for delivery MDS0504438.
------------------------------------
Error: Failed to submit concurrent program - Interface Trip Stop.
------------------------------------
Error: The inventory information for deliveries at stop MDC(Santa Clara):SANTA CLARA could not be updated. (TRIP_NAME=4865704)
