Debrief button should be active for read only service tickets
Custom menu has been created for just viewing service request info. Service header, task and charge details are just view only now. But
debrief button couldn't be active for read only access to debrief details.
Although 'Access Debrief Button' function was added to menu, debrief button is inactive. How can we access to debrief detail for just view only?What should we do?
