Siebel Server start throwing error

Dear All
I have installed Siebel 8.2.2 on RHEL 6.1 env 64bit. Before patching 8.2.2.2 patch on siebel env, everything was working fine. 
I patched the siebel with 8.2.2.2 then I tried to start gateway server, it started properly when I tried to start siebel server it throws an error ,.

<error 851971 in OSDInit > 

Please help me to get this resolved asap.
