Fully Paid but not fully applied prepayment conversion

Hi

Oracle allows prepayment conversion in R12 (unlike in 11i) through Payables Open Interface import.

The unpaid and unapplied prepayments can be converted with this.

How do we handle following scenario(our legacy system is Oracle 11i):

1. Prepayment is fully paid but is partially applied/not applied

Appreciate quick response.
