Need to mount a NTFS or exFAT USB drive read/write

I have a requirement to mount a 3TB USB hard drive to a solaris server.  The data is going to be sent to a Linux server.  I am able to mount it read/write using a ZFS filesystem.  However I do not think that zfs will work with Linux.  I would like to mount the drive keeping it as an NTFS drive.  Does anyone have any help.  I am stuck.
