After Upgrade to R12.1.3 AP_SUPPLIER records are missing

 Hi,
This is quite amazing that I have more than 13000 records in my PO_VENDORS tables where as when upgraded to R12.1.3 from 11i it only shows 1600 records.

I don't think that during upgrade I missed anything and even cross check all logs.

Could you guys please help me here to find the solution.
