Secondary assignments

Hi,

My question is whether Oracle allows employees to enroll on training through their secondary assignments.

one of my clients wants the facility to book trainings through primary and secondary assignments and to report on them separately.

Similarly, separate performance appraisals for primary and secondary assignments.

Any replies would be much appreciated.
