Dunning Letter not picking up new transaction

We upgraded to R12 last month, however, when we are running the generate late charges the system is not picking up the transactions entered after the upgrade even when they are past due. and for that reason it is not printing the dunning letters also for those transactions. It does generate and print for the old transactions.

I dont know if we missed any setup or there is a real bug.

Any thoughts??
