Merge patch ends with Warning Lossy conversion detected for multi-byte character sets.

Merge patch 4653225 with it's own NLS languages : US, F, I, E and PT.
Merge of all NLS except PT NLS works fine but merge of all NLS including PT NLS ends with lossy conversions.
