Hi experts.
I have in the 5 events this:  "Streams AQ: enqueue blocked on low memory"

Also on the Wait events.

I want to know what is this, what causes this and howto avoid this.

Server memory :  Real,MB   18432                 % Comp     84                    % Noncomp  15

Attach the init.ora and the Awr report.
