BI Publisher Trial didn't install the MS Word Template Add-in

I just had BI Publisher Trial Edition installed on my machine. However, it didn't install the MS Word add-in. We are running Microsoft Office 2010. We have eBusiness Suite v12.1.3. Any suggestions as to how I can get the template builder add-in registered in MS Word 2010?
