Can you migrate ASR assets from 4.3 to Ops Center 12c?

We have a customer who currently has some servers registered for ASR using ASR 4.3. They are now looking at Ops Center 12c and its capabilities for ASR and would like to know the process for migrating their existing assets into the Ops Center 12c monitoring for ASR. Any help is appreciated.
