Upgrading Exadata database and Compute nodes

Dear Expert,

I am upgrading exadata database and compute nodes, I want to upgrade database to 11.2.0.3 and Compute nodes to Solaris 11.

Can you guys help me on, to complete the pre-requistes ie , If you have already done it, Please share the Steps and Patchs need to apply.

Information are

MY Compute Nodes OS version is

Oracle Solaris 11 Expres  s 2010.11 SRU 13
