R12.1.3 - AR Invoice Details Balance Due

What is the formula behind the balance due details button on AR Invoice screen? Our functional currency is CLP. We enter invoice in USD. When we click on functional currency button it displays tax amount which is different by a small amount due to rounding as USD has precision of 2.
