Cost Manament Journal shows more than one Company on the journal lines

I ´m working with Oracle R12, and When I run the "Create Accounting - Cost Management" for a Company(12) in Cost Management responsibility this process finish well, but when I go to General Ledger for the same Company(12), and I look for the Journal I saw more than one Company on the journal detail. This companies are (01, 07, 09,12).

Our customer has experience in Oracle R11, and He said thah this issue never happens in these release, but now in R12 the Journal from Cost Management shows more than one Company in the Journal Lines.

Does this is a normal issue?, Does any body had been this issue before?
