Siebel 8.1.1.10 Views not rendered correctly in Active x IE8 no Compatability mode

Hi,

I have just finished the upgrade from 8.1.1.5 to 8.1.1.10, and we have noticed that third level views (eg the private and public notes sub views in the vanilla Account Note view) do not render properly in IE 8 with compatability mode off.

I have been through and checked all of the IE settings against the suggested settings, the ie 8 browser has also been set up in the environment through the Administration - Web Browser view.  These views show fine in IE7.  

If I point the same IE8 browser at an 8.1.1.5 environment it displays fine.

The other thing I have noticed is if you click the Compatability Mode button the application re-loads, but it makes no difference (ie if its working it doesn't break and if it isn't working it doesn't fix) until you close IE and re-open.
