Unable to login using OAM Custom Authentication Plugin (obssocookie set to loggedoutcontinue)

HiI am using Oracle 10g Webgate to protected a web page hosted in the apache server. I am using OAM Custom Authentication plugin to authenticate user from My SQL database. Please see my java code bellow. Note that I am using IDM R1. 


My problem is obssocookie set to loggedoutcontinue so that I am unable to login in the application . But when I change my authentication policy to LDAP Schema then I can login and obssocookie set some encrypted value automatically.

 

Can anyone help me, how can I set obssocookie from OAM, so that I am able to login in the applications.
