Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error on Sales Speed Status Update (P42040)

Dear All,

I have an order and doing Print Pick Slip then my order status => Last Sts : 540 and Next sts : 560

I want to cancel my Print Pick Slip status back to status : 520.

I'm doing that on PSales Speed Status Update (P42040). but it error.

I attach picture of error and my actifity rule

Hope somebody ca help me
