Service Request Workflow error

Hi,

I have attached workflow name 'Service : Send HTML Message' to a particular SR type and clicked on 'Auto Launch Workflow' button also. While saving the SR, notification is not coming and error is coming like 'Error Message3120: Activity 'SERVEREQ/205756' has no performer. Error Stack

Wf_Standard.Notify(SERVEREQ, 412-48, 205756, RUN) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(WF_STANDARD.NOTIFY, SERVEREQ, 412-48, 205756, RUN)'.

What are the steps to mitigate this error and to send the workflow notification to SR owner. Find error is attachment here.
