Error in Create IB Instance page opening

Hi,

When I am going to create New Item Instance from 'Customer Support'-->'Installed Base'-->'Create Customer Item Instances', error is coming as '

Error Page

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.'

Even same error is coming while going to create IB instance page from other navigations.

Please tell me what is the error source and steps to clear this problem.
