Database Reorg

Hi,
We want to perform reorg of database to claim space on OS level. We are using 10.2.0.4 DB and size is 1.5 TB. We have to do this activity in minimum down time, so export and import will not be a feasible option to reclaim the space. Please suggest a way using which we can perform this activity in minimal time and get maximum space at OS level.
