Define Budget Organization - Definition Access Set

Hi Oracle Experts,

We are currently experience a strange issue whereby INCORRECT Definition Access Sets are getting assigned to our Budget Organizations. We have walked through our configuration steps and at no point do we add incorrect Definition Access Sets to budget organizations.

We CANNOT replicate this issue at will..... I am not sure if something is running that is causing this issue. It would be great to hear from you guys if you seen anything like this.

Navigation Budget > Define > Organization - Assign Access.
