Check Event Alert" has completed with error.

Hi

We have created Event alert (After Insert) on custom table  which is registered in Applications But on insert of record in this custom table. Check Event Alert has completed in error      "Check Event Alert" has completed with error and there is no error message

This is working fine in Support and prod instance, We have implemented this in Planning instance difference between planning instance and non planning instances. In Planning instance we do not have Operating units and could not enter details in Alert Details > Installations

Is there way we can fix issue with Event alert in this case if so let us know about it
