HTML debrief is not openeing

Hi,

We have kept profile value 'CSF: Disable HTML Debrief' to 'No' at site level. Even then also debrief form is openng (no HTML) while clicking on 'Debrief' button for any task in SR form.

What would be the reason for this. We are on 12.1.1 version.
