Can we Amend the Price of an item for a Catalog Requisition in 11.5.10.2 ?

 Hello,We are using 11.5.10.2

I am trying to amend the price of an item in Catalog requisition and it is greyed out.
i can amend only the quantity which i dont want to.

This requisition is not received yet and i just created it.

I tried to cancel this requisition and create a new requisition, here also i cannot amend the price of the requisition.
Is it some set up issue or standard functionality.
